Commercial Property Services provides full-service landscape maintenance for numerous commercial properties in San Diego County and SW Riverside County. Our goal is not to be the largest commercial landscape maintenance provider but rather the "best". As a Certified Shopping Center Manager with over 30 years experience managing and repositioning shopping centers and other commercial assets, I understand the needs of the property manager, owner and tenants, as well as the impact curb appeal has on patrons and the choices they make on a daily basis of where they are most comfortable taking their business. We want your property to stand out from your competitors and, in most cases, having a well maintained and "manicured" landscape is the quickest and most visual way to communicate your pride of ownership. Simply put, we are anything but your "typical" landscape contractor. We "see" things that other landscape crews don't and we understand that, as the old saying goes, the devil is in the details.
